Autoika: building automation website
Marketing website for Autoika, a building automation studio designing, installing and maintaining smart-home and smart-building systems. No clouds, no VPN.
Project overview
Marketing website for Autoika, a studio specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of building automation systems for apartments, houses, offices and commercial spaces. The identity is deliberately technical: dark theme, neon-lime accent, expressive typography and clear hierarchy. The site is meant to set the company apart from vendors of packaged "smart home" kits from the very first screen.
Communication is built around four pillars: locally-running systems with no third-party clouds, remote access without a VPN, AI that understands the home, and one coherent application instead of a patchwork from different vendors. The hero features an interactive control-panel mockup with scenes, lighting, climate, blinds and alarm. Below it: a services list with icons, a four-step collaboration process (call, design, install, ongoing care), three deployment concepts for an apartment, a house and an office with concrete specs, a transparent three-tier pricing table and a contact form. The footer closes with a section presenting the technology stack the studio works with.
