Information on how I process data submitted through the contact form and collected in cookies.

1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form and collected in cookies is Dominik Szaradowski.
For matters concerning personal data: dominik@szaradowski.com.
2. Scope of Data Processed
The contact form collects:
- name,
- email address,
- message subject,
- message content.
Additionally, while using the site, the following are stored:
- preferred interface language (
prefferedLang), - light/dark theme preference (
localStorage, keytheme), - anonymous visit statistics (Umami Analytics, cookieless, no personal identifiers).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data from the contact form is processed solely to respond to your message, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of handling correspondence).
Cookies and localStorage are used solely to ensure correct site behaviour (remembering language and theme), on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Visit statistics (Umami) are used for anonymous traffic analysis, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients of Data
The contact form is operated by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which acts as a processor and forwards the message to my email address.
Visit statistics are handled by Umami (um.nexebit.com) on a self‑hosted instance. No data is shared with third parties.
5. Retention Period
Messages from the contact form are kept until the conversation has ended and for the period necessary to fulfil any resulting obligations, up to 24 months from the date of receipt.
6. Your Rights
In connection with data processing, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify (correct),
- erase (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Transfers Outside the EEA
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

This policy may be updated. The current version is effective from the date it is published on this page.
